Canskate is the flagship program of Skate Canada. Skaters are taught the basic skating skills in a fun learning environment. At Kerry Park Skating Club we offer these programs on Saturday mornings and early evening on Tuesdays.
We are excited to be able to offer this programme once again at KPSC!
STARskate offers opportunities for skaters of all ages to develop fundamental figure skating skills in the areas of ice dance, skating skills, free skate and interpretive skating. The next step after Canskate, these skaters have the opportunity to take Skate Canada Tests through a nationally standardized testing system. Our STAR skaters at Kerry Park skate on Saturday mornings and Wednesdays nights. For more information in the STARskate program, click here.
Also, once you enter STARskate, our coaches are available to you for private lessons.
